Childhood sexual abuse and exploitation
Adult sexual abuse and adult sexual exploitation
Domestic abuse and domestic violence in childhood or adulthood

How can I register for therapy?
If you think that this is the right service for you, click here to find out about how to register for the service. If you would like a support worker or other person to make the first contact on your behalf they can contact us too; we would then get in touch directly with you to make sure that you want to access our service. There is a waiting list for therapy.
What is therapy like?
When you start therapy, you’ll meet one-to-one with one of our therapists in regular weekly sessions which last just under an hour. Therapy is safe space or where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Your therapist will listen to you without judging you or trying to tell you what to do. Your therapist will support you to process your life experiences and work towards making positive changes and life choices about things that matter to you.
English is not my first language – can you help me?
We are currently able to offer online or telephone 1:1 therapy in both Urdu and Punjabi with a therapist who is fluent in both of those languages. We are also able to offer in-person 1:1 therapy in Farsi, Polish and Arabic with an English-speaking therapist and the support of a third-party translator who will join sessions via telephone. If you speak a language that we do not currently offer, please do still get in touch, and we will do our best to support you or signpost you to another service that we know will be able to help.
