Fundraising Complaints Policy

 

Saffron Sheffield is committed to providing the best possible service to any individuals who engage with us.

If, however, you are dissatisfied with or have any complaints about the way we undertake our fundraising activities, you can email us at office@saffronsheffield.org.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of your email and provide an initial response within 5 working days of receiving it. Whilst we expect to be able to resolve most complaints within that timeframe, if we need to conduct a more in-depth investigation, we will aim to provide you with a full response within 28 working days. If we are unable to meet that deadline due to exceptional circumstances, we will, of course, let you know.

If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can ask the Fundraiser Regulator to consider it by submitting a complaint through their website or by calling them on 0300 999 3407.
