In March 2025, the Saffron Team met to workshop our hopes and dreams for Saffron. No idea or dream was too big or small.

The interim CEO presented these outcomes to the Board of Trustees, who prioritised them into the 5 categories below.


Actions to Start Exploring / Progressing Now

Waiting List

  • Reduce waiting time through more capacity / different use of the space/therapist time

  • Add resources for those who have registered to access whilst they are waiting for therapy assessment.

  • Preparatory support/wellbeing or a short course (potentially reduce the number of therapy sessions needed)

Ending Package

  •  Resources and information for clients ending therapy

  •  Post therapy groups/contact

Saffron Forge (Client Engagement Group)

  • Explore Ideas on how to engage current and new members

Delivery Expansion

  • Offer a weekend service or income stream by renting the space 

Clinical Team Development

  • Full clinical team reflective practice with themes and topics (currently just offered to staff)

Full Team Development

  •  Regular networking as a full team

  •  Training on the role of the board/role of staff/associates/volunteers

  • Shared ethos, aims, goals, priorities

  • Who’s Who of staff and trustees, Images to connect team members who do not work together.
