Our Saffron Team Fundraiser: Sheffield to Crete

It all started when…

Our small team at Saffron kickstarted the Beyond Your Comfort Zone fundraising campaign by aiming to cover the 2394 miles from Sheffield to Crete, where the saffron spice originated, in just 12 weeks. One Sheffield half-marathon, and some epic hikes later, and we did it just hitting our deadline!

We felt this challenge encapsulated what Saffron meant to us. One of our clients wrote a beautiful piece as a gift depicting the correlations between the saffron spice and their therapeutic journey with us. We thought it would be an incredible achievement if we covered the mileage from Sheffield back to the spice’s origins in the name of the women who journey with Saffron.
